Hi, I'm Tessa. I'm a busy law partner, mom, stepmom, and wife. Like you, I'm juggling a million things every day.

As I climbed the ladder at my career, I found that the harder I worked, the less time, freedom, and autonomy I had. I felt like I was on a high-end hamster wheel with no end in sight. Despite working more hours and making a solid income, I never felt like I was really "getting ahead" financially. 

I was determined not to be a bystander any longer in my financial future. With a newborn on my hip, I started a real estate portfolio on the side . . . without stepping back from my career.

In six years, I built a small empire on the side of 10 rental properties: a mix of short-term vacation properties, long-term rentals, and commercial spaces. These properties are all cashflow positive, building equity every single month.

Knowing I am no longer solely reliant on my W-2 job as my only source of income has given me so much financial freedom, autonomy, and confidence in my financial future.  

After years of research and trial and error figuring out how to manage a busy career and a successful real estate portfolio at the same time, I built a community for high-achieving executive women looking to do the same.
